Diane Arkenstone, a pioneering musician and label owner who has explored a wide range of genres in an over three-decade career, is celebrating the release today of a collection of some of her most memorable music from the past 25 years and more, The Essential Diane Arkenstone. From the striking beat-driven opening bars of the first track “Jewel In The Sun” to the hypnotic ambient textures of “Through The Veil,” the music is uniquely transportive yet comfortingly familiar with Diane’s trademark artistry. The songs are redolent with themes that Diane has been exploring for decades—nature, healing, wellness, spirituality and nurturing inner strength.
